NOTAMM Return & Refund Policy

At NOTAMM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item received is:

  • Damaged or defective

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Wrong size received

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags intact

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Items purchased during clearance sales

  • Products that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
